A free organisation tool

The jobs you remember. In order.

Build a worksheet from employer names and years. Review the periods you are unsure about and keep a copy for your next enquiry.

Entries stay in this page’s memory and disappear on reload or leaving. No account, upload or provider search is involved. This worksheet is separate from your Passport draft.

Your employment history

A view of the years you recorded. Gaps and overlaps do not tell us whether a pension exists.

Start with an employer.

You can leave dates blank and add them later.

Whole-year gaps show periods to review, not missing pensions. Overlapping roles stay separate. This tool cannot tell you how many pensions you have.

A timeline of clues.

Prefer paper first? Print a blank employment history worksheet without entering any details.

Dates are whole calendar years, inclusive at both ends. The timeline keeps overlaps and unknown dates visible. It does not infer work before your first or after your last dated record, or gaps within a year. Recorded employment does not confirm scheme membership, contributions, ownership or a value.

Want the fuller organiser? The Pension Passport uses the same timeline with recorded provider names, search stages and evidence. This separate worksheet does not transfer records into it.

For the next step, use the pension search checklist or provider contact finder. No enquiries are submitted by this tool.

Review and privacy

Tool context checked 2026-10-09; next review 2027-01-09. This is an organisational worksheet, not financial advice or an independently reviewed assessment. No pension estimate is generated.

Names and dates are held only in this page’s memory. Reloading or leaving clears the worksheet. Downloaded copies contain your entered clues and are handled by your browser and operating system; keep them somewhere private.
